Mental Health Awareness Week 2017
This year Mental Health Awareness Week will take place on 8-14 May 2016 with the theme ‘Surviving or thriving?’. Every year, in May, the Mental Health Foundation help to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues.

Run in conjunction with Bracknell Public Health, this event offers Bracknell residents the opportunity to learn about Happiness, and what the science of Happiness tells us about what truly makes us happy. Fascinating, inspiring and enjoyable, but also life enhancing. Let’s all do our best to stay mentally well – learn some of the skills at this workshop.
